Chromotherapie ist im Grunde genommen die Verwendung von Farben als therapeutisches Mittel zur Behandlung von körperlichen und emotionalen Zuständen. Früher wurden Umgebungslicht und die Färbung von Kleidung verwendet, aber der Fortschritt der Studien zu diesem Thema erlaubte es der Farbtherapie, präziser zu sein.
